Joseph DiCicco

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

As the founder and CEO of Xenios Research, Joe has led the four year growth strategy to include the company's Asia and Latin America initiatives. A driven leader, he oversees all business strategy and execution while guiding business development efforts and maintaining close, personal contact with Xenios Research clients and partners.

Prior to Xenios Research, Joe founded The Carnegie Group, a human capital management company focused on outsourcing skilled information technology professionals for Fortune 100 companies. As CEO of The Carnegie Group, Joe built the business from 'start-up ' to twenty million dollars in annual sales revenue within five years. He ultimately sold the company to start Xenios Research.

Prior to Xenios Research and The Carnegie Group, Joe spent twelve years in the management consulting industry where he held various senior executive positions. He focused primarily on developing global business strategies for emerging companies looking to penetrate Asian markets.

Joe has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and an MBA from Penn State University. Joe is actively involved in several organizations to include the Worlds Affairs Council, Foreign Policy Association and Global Interdependence Center.

In 2003, Phil Owens brought those assets under one company built on highly principled business practices and superlative people. Phil has 15 years of experience in venture capital and business consulting. He was previously a venture partner for a technology venture firm in Chicago and has significant experience as a business development consultant for various Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Phil was previously the Managing Director of Great Lakes, a private investment parntership and practiced corporate law for several years in Chicago.


Benjamin Leavenworth

Executive Director, Chispa Group, Honorary Consul of Chile

Co-founded an affiliate for one of South America's largest wine companies, currently with sales of more than USD$20 million and one of the top six in Chile as well as established distribution channels and helped create a banking lending model for small business and high net worth individuals that boosted assets to over US$300 million, decreased defaults by borrowers, and provided an international model for the small business development segment of a major bank.

Mr. Leavenworth co-founded the corporate cross-cultural training and language services firm Global Arena LLC, and in four years turned it into the largest firm of its kind Philadelphia. Mr. Leavenworth has also worked as an international business consultant, as when he advised an American private equity group in its interest to obtain an iron mine with corresponding operations valued at USD$75 million and production capacity of over 1 million tons of iron ore per month.


Leavenworth was International Commercial Manager for a major Swiss sustainable development NGO that foments small- and medium-sized business growth model to government officials and NGOs throughout the Americas. He has worked with Chile's Ministry of Education to evaluate alternatives for a national English program in Chile.


Recently Mr Leavenworth was appointed by the president of Chile as Honorary Consul of Chile in Philadelphia, becoming one of the youngest in Chilean diplomatic history to hold this position.


Kenneth Wong

President of CIG Asia, Ltd., a national property & casualty insurance brokerage firm

President of Covenant Group of China, a BB-OTC publicly traded company that acquires small to medium size privately owned companies in China. Covenant Group will grow these companies until they can then be listed on a public exchange in Hong Kong, the United States or Europe.


Mr. Wong serves as a consultant to many US based companies that are interested in entering the China market with goods and/or services. In 2004-2007, Mr. Wong served as a Commissioner on the President’s Commission for Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders. This White House initiative was focused on economic development for the AAPI population in the US.


Mr. Wong serves on many for profit and non-profit boards locally and nationally.
